How Noviq Labs handles the information you share with us.
When you submit an enquiry or request a Growth Strategy Session, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name and any message or context you include. We also record which page the enquiry came from and the date and time it was sent.
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and hold the session you requested, and follow up about the work you asked us about. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Enquiries are stored securely in our own database and are accessible only to the Noviq Labs team. We keep them for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them.
This website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. No analytics data is used to identify you personally.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action reasonable requests promptly, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
